ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Administrator, SW Test Team in Hybrid Remote,

ASRC Federal Vistronix is seeking an Administrator to support our Testing and Evaluation (T&E) team. Our program supports the Defense Health Agency's mission to deploy industry-leading solutions by providing a full range of business, operational, and technical work streams for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems and the associated Program Management Offices.

The Administrator should exercise critical thinking skills that enable them to understand the reason they are doing the work requested of them and to then identify adjustments that may be made to the request to deliver a better outcome. They must also be able to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations. This position works with passionate team members that are excited to be supporting the DHA.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings to prepare minutes and track status of action items

  • Participate in cross-team meetings to collect information about upcoming projects and scheduled events

  • Maintain and publish Test team’s activity schedule

  • Route relevant documents for review and signature

  • Monitor active and emerging developments and ensure requestors adhere to the standard intake process

  • Support the risk management process by facilitating risk review meetings and following up with risk owners to ensure risk status is being updated

  • Review vendor requirements to support government test leads

  • Participate in end-to-end test planning with vendors and internal teams

  • Ensure test activity is being completed on time by requesting status updates and sending activity over-due reminders

  • Support test status reporting by generating and distributing daily and weekly test reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Capable of accurately tailoring messages in a clear, concise, unambiguous, engaging, and convincing manner

  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, across diverse systems and groups

  • Ability to interface with DoD and Industry Leadership at Senior Levels

  • Able and eager to quickly learn new technology systems

  • Willing to support ad-hoc tasks

  • Familiarity with the Military Health System and a variety of the DHMS concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred

  • US Citizenship with an Active Secret or Public Trust clearance strongly desired; will consider candidates that are US Citizens and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
