JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20748 UW SYSTEM OFFICIAL TITLE: Data Reporting Specialist POSTING DATE: April 15, 2024 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: This position reports to Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Access and Success and analyzes, plans, and creates complex data and report sets for academic and/or university program planning. The Student Success Data and Retention Strategist will support UW-Green Bay student success by collecting, analyzing and presenting data in order to make recommendations to improve student success and retention. The position will work collaboratively across the university to analyze data and determine efficacy of student success initiatives and resources in order to identify opportunities for improvement. The specialist will collaborate with UW-Green Bay\'s four colleges and other departments to provide and analyze student success data specific to their areas. This position will lead UW-Green Bay\'s Coordinated Care team, maintain and initiate processes to keep Navigate up to date, liaison with EAB technical support and respond to training requests as needed. This position includes the following responsibilities: Inputs, maintains, and analyzes data in confidential databases and transfers data as needed. Generates data-based annual reports of curricular and departmental outcomes. Provides expert statistical consulting, analysis, and technical assistance on research projects, program assessment, and evaluation. Oversees the evaluation, maintenance, and faculty/staff training for EAB Navigate. Leads the UW-Green Bay Coordinated Care team. SPECIAL NOTES: Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment. This position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting request.
