  • Conceptualize, design and produce high-quality visual communications for print and digital media, including Proposal & bid support, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentation etc..

  • Experience in an engineering consulting environment, working directly with project teams to create compelling visuals for various types of projects

  • Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual designs that meet marketing goals and enhance brand identity.

  • Develop design strategies and concepts that align with business objectives and target audience.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and techniques, and incorporate them into design work.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines.

  • Collaborate with other designers, art directors, writers, and creative professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all media.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), MS Office and other design software.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, marketing, and print media.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
