Duties include managing inquiries and appeals, conducting informal resolutions, negotiating settlement agreements for compliance cases, and educating licensees about alcoholic beverage regulations. This position is responsible for monitoring, tracking and coordinating cases with other staff; working with the Office of Dispute Resolution and responding to inquires as the compliance business expert; training other staff, and determining appropriate actions related to compliance issues.
