Job Description Summary
Responsible for activities and processes that help the A&S sales organization achieve business objectives
Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer support
Escalation response for the order team (instructions and countermeasures for customer complaints, etc.)
Support team escalation response (customer complaints, advanced questions and countermeasures)
Support for order change processing
sales management
GE Healthcare shop help desk
- Logistics management
Advanced medical equipment sales manager (supply center)
Inventory volume management
Reorder point management of purchased items
Planning, proposing, and adjusting inventory plans for business strategies
Escalation response for delivery delays
Business operations department point of contact for new product introduction
Physical inventory management
Handling escalation of shipping problems
Trigger and lead for response during EOSL/Replacement of sold products
- Business improvement activities
Improving operational quality and productivity
inventory reduction
Decrease in stockout rate
Required Qualifications
Understanding of business practices in the pharmaceutical and medical industry
English skills (business level)
Skills such as MS Office Excel (experience in processing data from core system database, etc.)
Desired Characteristics
Over 3 years of experience in the medical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
Skills for proactive and independent communication
Experience in business quality improvement (previous experience leading a project is a plus)
