Principales Responsabilidades:

• Recibir documentos de prealerta de los Transportistas.

• Verificar los documentos de prealerta para verificar el cumplimiento de las Instrucciones de carga aérea existentes.

• Comunicarse con los transportistas/contratistas para realizar modificaciones/aclaraciones.

• Asegurarse de recibir la MSDS (hoja de datos de seguridad de materiales) de los transportistas de mercancías peligrosas.

• Recibir cargas entrantes en la bodega:

• Verificar el cumplimiento de las cantidades de carga recibida con las Cartas de Porte.

• Revisar las cargas por daños.

• Si cualquier daño y/o lugar de carga faltante es mayor al declarado en la Guía de Porte:

• Entrada de notas en una carta de porte

• Notificar a las partes interesadas

• Elaborar y emitir informe OS&D (SAP o Excel) – Informe de sobrecorto y daños.

• Medir y pesar las cargas entrantes y colocar los datos correctos en el Informe de recepción

• Colocar códigos de barras y pegatinas apropiadas en los paquetes recibidos.

• Completar el informe de recepción en Excel y enviarlo a las partes interesadas dentro de las 2 horas posteriores a la recepción de la carga.

• Mantener actualizado el Informe de Inventario Diario y transmitirlo al equipo.

• Preparar y enviar cargas al aeropuerto:

• Preparar cargas de camiones al aeropuerto de acuerdo a la Lista de Prioridades recibida del Gerente de Logística.

• Coordinar el volumen y peso de los despachos al aeropuerto con el Responsable de Logística Portuaria.

• Controlar la carga de camiones.

• Emitir y distribuir la Guía de Carga a las partes interesadas dentro de los 15 minutos posteriores a la carga de un camión.

• Recibir del aeropuerto el Manifiesto de Carga del vuelo y distribuirlo a los interesados ​​30 minutos después de su recepción – incluyendo fines de semana y feriados oficiales.

Nota: el candidato debe estar en una condición física que le permita manipular piezas de hasta 25 kg manualmente.
