Company seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, travel arrangements (domestic/international), preparing reports, managing expense reports, and other duties as assigned. This is a contract assignment but could have a possibility of going perm if it is the right fit. You will be working M-F 8am-5pm with weekends off. Must have some flexibility with your hours. This role is a Hybrid schedule working M/F at home and T/W/Th in office. The pay rate is between $34-$40/hr. Have some flexibility DOE. During your employment with Randstad you are paid on a weekly basis!! If you have experience as an EA supporting a higher level executive (President, GM, SVP, C Suite) then this could be a good opportunity for you. Added bonus if you are also a sports fan. Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage team calendars

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Arrange extensive travel and logistics: domestic and international

  • Calendar coordination: arrange appointments, meetings and conference calls

  • Manage processes that support the daily activity of the President (e.g., reminders, folders, to-do list, organize notes that prompt calendar action)

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, off-sites, and other projects domestically and potentially globally

  • Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings to create/record action items are recorded and appropriate follow up

  • Maintain Brand leadership tracker for President

  • Coordinate the Monthly Business update meeting including agenda and presentation materials.

  • Provide support in preparation and in production of material (agendas, presentations, production grids etc.) for events/meetings

  • Manage confidential information using judgment and discretion

  • Communicate with individuals inside and outside of department, at all levels of the organization, and welcome and direct visitors

  • Produce and run reports needed

  • Maintain department DTO calendar

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Liaise across company with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from executive leadership
