Providence is calling a Senior Program Manager, Energy Efficiency and Savings who will:

• Monitor and manage the energy efficiency of all acute care ministries within a region at PSJH to drive achievement of system and regional energy goals

• Implement conservation measures, monitor energy consumption, assess business decisions for sustainability and seek out opportunities for increasing energy efficiency

• Identify projects, build business cases, define ROI, gain approval and identify available capital to complete the work

• Work in conjunction with Facility engineers, construction and consultants to complete the work

• Be accountable to initiative ROI and goal achievement by region and as a team for the system

• This role is a hybrid position that manages a territory which includes the entire State of California

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial - Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or another related field of study, -OR- Journeymen plant operation engineer, -OR- Healthcare or hospitality related programs -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

• 4+ years of experience as a leader of plant operations/maintenance, safety or support service programs for health care facilities -OR- other similar size institutions with multiple sites and/or facilities

• 4+ years of work experience in the healthcare industry that includes and combines the following:

• Experience working with support services within a healthcare environment such as Facilities or other built environment related services

• Supporting, developing and administrating projects

• Supervising staff/project teams/vendors (with or without direct authority in daily operations or on project teams)

• 6+ years of leadership experience (direct or indirect) in motivating teams to action, garnering support and buy-in, high engagement and excellent communication

• Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role

• Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving

• Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
