Job Description

An excellent opportunity to be part of maintenance team to delivery equipment reliability and integrity, fully support production with optimized cost.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth production around the clock, technical support in shopfloor during working hours, and remote support during off hours.

  • Initiates and follow up the formal failure analysis for urgent MMS work orders, call out to line manager in case of unresolved issues.

  • Provide technical expertise advice on equipment failures prevention and repair.

  • Forecast and strategic planning for equipment overhauls and PM, while take into account long-term maintenance cost.

  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior level engineer on problem solving and preventive maintenance.

  • Drive the monthly PM effectiveness analysis to reduce the unplanned downtime.

  • Lead the reviews of equipment to maintain or increase the reliability of equipment (increase MTBF), benchmark PM and CM setup of equipment (Equipment spec, technical work guide, etc.). Research and apply new technology to improve the equipment life cycle reliability.

  • Support NPI in driving new equipment technology upgrade and engineering changes by evaluating the right specification, local laws, time and budget.

  • Guide advice on new equipment spare parts management. Actively engage in spare parts technical specification evaluation and localization recommendation.

  • Lead and organize the training to improve local specialist team’s technical maturity (e.g. Sophisticated maintenance skill training, TPM related technical training, etc.)

  • Participant in maintenance global collaboration (global specialist network, GMEP, etc), to promote ongoing communication concerning maintenance reliability and improvement programs, to share and deploy standard methodologies across sites.

  • Support MSG compliance implementation and feedback to NPI and EHS.

  • Perform tasks requested by direct leader

Do you have what it takes?

  • IT Skills:

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Microsoft office, especially for Excel

  • PM module knowledge in SAP system

Technical Skills:

  • Good at drawing like CAD/UG, or PLC programming

  • Practice in active use of quality tools.

  • Practice in active use of Lean/ Six Sigma tools.

  • Experience to lead pillars of TPM.

Project management ;

  • Minimum 8 years experience in plant machine maintenance or engineering.

  • Be capable of using industrial drawing or PLC program software

  • English of verbal and writing is a demand, for global collaboration

  • Experience of improvement project that fully responsible for

  • Result oriented, team collaboration
