Normal hospital environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Frequent exposure to fumes, odors and water. Lifting up to 100lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching.

JOB SUMMARY

The position will work to oversee and facilitate the development and maintenance of an RN residency program for new graduates and work to facilitate professional development opportunities for internal nursing professionals. In addition, they will facilitate preceptor development for nursing staff and assist with all departmental workforce initiatives, including apprenticeships, career navigation, and CNA internships.
