What you will do

The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring all assigned duties are performed in compliance with internal policies, business strategies, and external regulations. You will bring all compliance issues to the attention of management and maintain effective communication between internal and external customers, vendors, and specific areas of assigned responsibility:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures relevant to GCC in alignment with Kenvue global practices and industry standards and regulations

• Developing and implementing risk management governance to track potential risks

• Work with global functional partners to conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards

• Responding to compliance inquiries from regulatory agencies and coordinating audits

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies for all functional areas

• Coordinate with POCs of various functions to provide guidance and training to employees on risk and compliance best practices

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to stay informed of emerging risks and best practices And to ensure the organization remains compliant

• Ensure GCC’s compliance position with respect to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards

• Develop executive compliance dashboards to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a lead role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level

• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage and oversee administrative functions

• Experience in budget preparation and management

• Ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks

Desired Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Experience with risk management software and tools, such as RSA Archer or MetricStream
