The Marking Communications Senior Specialist is responsible for the building of marketing and operational comms through the appropriate application, using Stensul, HTML/CSS and/or JavaScript coding as needed to build and produce emails. This individual will also test, verify, and monitor the accuracy of campaign content as it progresses through the build process. The Marketing Communications Senior Specialist also collaborates with cross functional teams to optimize versioning, while ensuring a consistent email experience across multiple email applications. This individual also utilizes knowledge and research of current email best practices to provide input on design and layout to ensure successful delivery. Lastly, the Senior Specialist ensures testing and timely execution of campaigns is completed. and reporting performance management. What You'll Do Builds HTML email creative deliveries across multiple ESPs (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, etc.); and SMS messages as required. Responsible for coding, proofing, testing, and troubleshooting HTML code. Perform technical quality assurance. Confirming successful delivery by monitoring daily ACC deployment report. Assemble email templates using HTML/CSS/Media queries from Photoshop layered artwork. Demonstrate knowledge of common email rendering bugs and workarounds. Strong technical skills including an expertise in HTML and ability to troubleshoot coding errors. Serve as subject matter expert in determining which emails are candidates for templates vs. custom builds. Proactively work with other members of the team to improve processes and workflow for greater efficiency. Multichannel execution out of Adobe Campaign including but not limited to email and SMS. This includes marketing and operational communications. Execution and management of high volume of email campaigns. Proofing of Marketing and Operational emails and SMS including, but not limited to, acquisition/upgrade campaigns, product notifications, payment reminders, cancellation notices, new subscription updates and account maintenance. Liaison with key external vendors and internal boundary partners. Contribute to documentation of tasks and best practices. Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field. Solid understanding of dynamic email content, personalization techniques, and email marketing automation workflows using JavaScript. Proficient in leveraging XML and JSON data formats to dynamically replace placeholders with relevant information, ensuring accurate proofs within market
