Robert Half has partnered with a long-standing small business in Longmont in search of an Accounting Clerk! The Accounting Clerk position is paying $25.00-$29.00/hour + benefits!

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:

• Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis

• Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

• Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

• Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

• Execute full-cycle A/P

• Assist with sales & use tax filings

• Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk include:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience

• Sage 50/PeachTree or Epicor experience is nice to have, but not required
