Insight Global Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, California

Job Description

Insight Global's client is a growing boutique civil litigation practice focusing on helping employees in the workplace. They have a team-oriented environment and are looking for an associate with at least 1 year of experience in employment litigation. The right candidate can handle a busy workload and wants to grow with the firm. As an associate attorney, you will work with other associates and support staff, all led by a senior attorney, in a structured fashion that allows for ideas, tactics, and developments to be shared and exchanged.

Skills and Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Education: CA Bar License

Experience: minimum of 1 year of employment and/or class action litigation (excluding any experience in workers' compensation).

Bilingual (strongly preferred, but not required) Skills:

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner

Approachable and enthusiastic

Proficient in software programs such as Filevine, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel, or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position null
