One of our gaming client seeks a Director of Product to join their team on a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles. As the Director of Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how an application tracks and engages with gaming activities worldwide. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic direction and innovation within the gaming industry. Key responsibilities include leading product strategy, managing teams, overseeing roadmaps/creating KPIs, conducting market analysis, and driving user-centric innovation.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• 10+ years in product management with proven leadership in managing and directing product teams.

• Extensive experience in digital product management, particularly in activity tracking platforms, with a successful track record of launching and scaling products (over 1 million users)

• Strong background in either product design, software engineering, or data science, with the ability to make informed decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data

• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly MOBAs like League of Legends, is highly desirable

• Experience working in a startup in a leadership role Plusses:

A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with game dynamics and user-engagement strategies within the sector null
