Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. Major/Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain relationships between University Studies and its programs with key external stakeholders such as clients, partners, donors, government officials, and community leaders. This includes attending meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organization and ensure its interests are effectively communicated.

  • Establish and manage a University Studies college advisory board, including recruiting diverse members, coordinating meetings, and facilitating productive discussions aligned with the institution's goals. Acting as a liaison, you'll relay board recommendations to college leadership and nurture relationships to advance initiatives.

  • Maintain an updated University Studies alumni database and implement engagement initiatives/programs. Create communication materials, foster strong alumni relationships through personalized outreach, and track engagement metrics. Represent the college at alumni events and support college initiatives.

  • Plan and coordinate University Studies events such as fundraisers, conferences, and community outreach programs. This includes managing logistics, securing sponsorships, and ensuring that events are executed smoothly and achieve their objectives.

  • Collaborate with University Studies team to develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organization's reputation and visibility. This may involve overseeing the creation of press releases, newsletters, social media content, and other communication materials.

  • Develop key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of external relations activities. Regularly analyze data and prepare reports to assess progress toward goals and identify areas for improvement.

  • All other duties as assigned.
