ETC Food Service Assistant in MAZOMANIE, Wisconsin

ETC has an opening in our Mazomanie deli where you can assist in preparing and building made-to-order sandwiches, stocking our deli coolers, accepting payments, assisting with in-house catering events, and more. Our Mazo deli team services approximately 200 team members and co-owners within our immaculate manufacturing facility. This position is focused on friendly customer service, where food quality and safety is of utmost importance. An ideal candidate will have a background in the food service industry, be able to multitask and have a can-do attitude! Based on business need, the ideal start time would be 7:00 am. Cook foodstuffs according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. Rotate and store food supplies. Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, or other cooking equipment. Apportion and serve food to facility residents, employees, or patrons. Clean and inspect galley equipment, kitchen appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functional operation. Clean, cut, and cook meat, fish, or poultry.
