We're seeking a highly skilled QUALITY ASSURANCE to oversee our food manufacturing operations. As a key player in our company, you'll utilize your expertise to streamline production processes, maintain quality control, and lead a talented team to success.

salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.

• Monitor production schedules and resources to meet customer demands and deadlines.

• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to uphold product integrity.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing and production, with a understanding of industry standards and regulations.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
