Here, you will make an impact by: * Taking ownership of multiple high precision machining lines in the tooling department within the Microreplication Operations Value Stream. * Initiating and leading projects that result in continuous improvement of Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and machine Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Being on-call during off shift production hours and potentially responding by being in the plant during off shift time as needed from the production team. * Leading Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events focused on improvement of process control plans to ensure products are manufactured at peak performance in alignment with customer requirement.
