JOB REQUIREMENTS: Process Engineer - R01133040 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Description: Process Engineer The Impact You\'ll Make in this Role As a Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Taking ownership of multiple high precision machining lines in the tooling department within the Microreplication Operations Value Stream. * Initiating and leading projects that result in continuous improvement of Product and Process Understanding (PPU), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and machine Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). * Being on-call during off shift production hours and potentially responding by being in the plant during off shift time as needed from the production team. * Leading Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events focused on improvement of process control plans to ensure products are manufactured at peak performance in alignment with customer requirement. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is \$137,439 - \$167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
