Mead & Hunt is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Transportation team as a civil engineer. This role can sit in our Madison, WI; Green Bay, WI; La Crosse, WI; Eau Claire, WI; or Milwaukee, WI office. Responsibilities include: Perform rural and urban highway design including geometric layout, drainage design, corridor modeling, quantity computation and cost estimates Prepare design reports Prepare preliminary and final plans of roadways, intersections, interchanges and/or roundabouts working under the guidance of a senior engineer Perform construction inspection on highway and bridge projects working under the guidance of a project construction leader May work with aviation team assisting with the design or construction inspection of related projects A valid drivers license and some travel will be required The successful candidate will have a bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or similar discipline from an accredited four-year college AND a minimum of four years of experience.
