Enabling functions may operate as a center-led global team, providing a central strategy, structure, and standards; or as business partner teams, with resources embedded within the businesses to deliver business unit-specific results.Job Summary The Sourcing Analyst- LTE responsible for analyzing data; developing and presenting reports; and supporting Global Sourcing & Procurement projects.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Processes requisitions and purchase orders in systems. Process supplier setups and updates, communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Update PIRs as identified. Confer with suppliers regarding order status to eliminate delays. Partner with AP to identify and resolve invoice and PPV issues. Process payment term change requests. Point of contact for shared Global Procurement email account (i.e., Procurement Helpdesk) Assist with data collection and analysis for system implementations. Lead Procurement data cleansing initiatives. Serve as main point of contact between Spectrum Brands and supplier when resolving issues that have reached an impasse with other functions. Analyze purchasing data to develop and present reports as requested. Extract data and create reports to create spend profiles of commodity groupings. Maintain documentation on all data and procedures. Identify gaps in supplier company profiles and partner with Vendor Maintenance to ensure supplier information is collected and updated in systems. Assist Global Sourcing Leaders when requested. Special projects may be assigned to this role as determined by management. Education and Experience Profile Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, business, supply chain, IT, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 year experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role or similar experience. Required Skills SAP experience required. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills...
