This person will work with one or more squads, to provide Infrastructure as a service, and platform support, to various engineering and other stakeholders in the organization. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$75,000-\$165,000 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Develop, measure, and evolve DevOps and DevSecOps core capabilities following DORA principles. Lead Dematic DevOps community supporting projects with design, planning, and implementation of automation solutions and capabilities around continuous integration and delivery. Own end-to-end responsibility for understanding, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Lead cloud deployment architecture initiatives while collaborating with engineering, architecture board, cloud governance, and other teams, to help mature the adoption of Cloud Platform for Dematic products. Develop, and evolve DevOps, and DevSecOps tools, processes, and talent, collaborating closely with infrastructure team, software development, security, and external providers. Mentor, coach, and evaluate direct reports performance and provide constructive feedback.. May assist in live site support and incident resolution. What We are Looking For: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years of experience leading global engineering teams.
