JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE The Senior Director of Commercial Transformation is responsible for spearheading initiatives that enhance the customer experience through annual improvement programs and the overall integration of the Global Customer Service Strategy for Regal Rexnord. This role will be responsible for strategic planning and oversight of our transformation programs as we integrate our global customer care teams, execute a differentiated service model and implement common digital tools between all the legacy Regal Rexnord businesses globally. They will partner with key Business/Operational Leaders (ie. Sr. Director-Customer Care, Sr. Director - Commercial Excellence, etc.) to ensure successful execution of our Commercial Transformation and Annual Improvement (AIP) initiatives. This role demands a leader capable of integrating the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) principles to drive operational excellence and competitive differentiation in the marketplace. The Senior Director, Service Excellence will lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
