The IHS Designated Coordinator is responsible for supporting clients in Accra s Individualized Home Supports with Training (IHS) program (formerly ILS). These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting with clients and representatives to complete required paperwork; client case management; monitoring client hours; and communicating with assigned client representatives, and your supervisor of important client issues or concerns. This position requires travel to clients' homes in the surrounding Metro counties
