Description Our healthcare client is looking for a UX Researcher in a 1-year freelance opportunity. This role is: - 40 hours/week - Fully Remote (can also come onsite if preferred on occasion) - 1+ Year The ideal UX Researcher: - 5+ years' relevant UX/CX experience, including 3+ years developing personas, journey maps, and creating Jobs To Be Done frameworks - Healthcare industry experience - A strong portfolio that includes examples of journey maps, personas, Jobs To Be Done frameworks and the impact of your work across the company and intended audiences - Consumer-centric mindset with experience conducting research, synthesizing insights, and leading Human Centered Design activities - Strong collaboration and relationship building skills! - Strong presentation skills - Bachelors Degree The purpose of this role is to gain a better understanding of the customer experience and how they interact with their website. UX Researcher Job Responsibilities include: - Establish the vision and road map for broker journeys (initial focus, desired outcomes, stakeholders, timing and action) - Conduct primary and secondary research, interviews, workshops, and partner with key stakeholders to establish audience (personas) and needs - Evaluate processes, conduct research, gather data and solicit stakeholder feedback to develop journey maps spanning all audience channels, mediums and devices - Effectively analyze journey maps for opportunities, pain points, moments that matter and inefficiencies across channels, touch points and platforms - Conduct virtual workshops with large groups of stakeholders to refine and align on key artifacts - Create and execute research to use along with other data such as analytics and market research to provide key insights and prioritized recommendations
