Aiming to strengthen our Automotive Department for an important project into High Performance Cars, we are recruiting a

TEST ENGINEER - ELECTRIC / HYBRID POWERTRAIN - AUTOMOTIVE DOMAIN

Work Location: Italy. Modena Area

The selected resource will develop and manage electrical and mechanical tests on Hybrid components according to the components/system development planning.

Duties

Design and manage the electrical and mechanical test on hybrid components and on the complete hybrid system;

Define and develop the testing methodologies and measurement techniques;

Work closely with the mechanical and electrical development hybrid system team, sharing the test results in order to generate improvements on systems design;

Support Design FMEA;

Support Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturability efforts in the design of each part and assembly.

Requirements

Education / Background / Technical Skills

• BSc / MSc Electrical Engineering or similar background;

• 2+ years of experience in Automotive hybrid/electrical components tests, with full command of all the electrical and mechanical measurement techniques and instruments for electrical machines, DC/AC converters, DC/DC converters etc

• 2+ years of MATLAB/Simulink/Testing Automation programming experience
