Job Description

A leading concrete construction employer based out of Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Remote Estimator to support the company's growth. This Estimator will be expected to come from a self-perform concrete construction background to support large scale industrial projects. This individual is responsible for preparing time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and/or processes. This Estimator will also follow-up with clients, to overcome obstacles that could stand in the way of being awarded the contract. For awarded contracts, they will provide on-going cost estimate support to operations. This position does have the ability to sit remote but needs to sit in their Northern territory of OH, IN, KY, PA, or Western NY.

Skills and Requirements

- Jr. 2-10 years experience & Sr. 10+ years experience

- Self-Perform work experience (rather than General Contracting)

- Estimating experience within industrial concrete construction

- Construction estimating software experience (Sage Timberline, UScost, WinEst, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, MC2, HCSS, HeavyBid)

- Ability to read/write reports and communicate information with management and clients - Experience working on large budget projects ($50-100+ Million)

- Bachelors degree null
