Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Associate in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions using SAP. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate financial transactions. Moreover, you will play a critical role in generating financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting other accounting functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts to collect delinquent payments

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Process invoices and reconcile accounts in a timely manner

• Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and manage vendor-related transactions

• Generate regular financial reports for better company insight

• Analyze financial data for accuracy and potential improvements

• Support other accounting functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team

• Utilize your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning and Check Processing to streamline functions

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP preferred

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Check Processing
