Description

We're looking for a True Content Enthusiast who lives and breathes what they watch, spend hours mulling over what works and more spreading the word on a good recommendation! We're looking for a Senior Leader who will craft the Content Market Strategy for Hindi Originals, who is able to live and breathe the Content Titles coming to Prime Video India and distill for the Marketing Team. ,

Key job responsibilities

• Developing the content marketing prioritization calendar for Hindi language content customers across both Originals and Movies

• Work customer backwards to identify business needs and content marketing programmes to deliver the same

• Develop expertise in marketing across various kind of content ranging from unscripted shows to Amazon produced movies.

• Build and manage industry relationships across local content teams, 3rd party productions, talent managers and talent.

• Participate early in content development, positioning, research and show pre-testing and designing a road map for content marketing.

• Defining and monitoring business objectives linked to content marketing – by providing objective, data-driven marketing recommendations based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of content, customer and environmental information.

• Redefining innovation and success metrics for marketing campaigns for Amazon Prime Video and the industry

• Advocate for new initiatives or process improvements using customer research, hard data, and marketing & business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns including effective channel and creative strategy.

• Developing a framework of content-led customer insights from all sources to funnel into the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging

  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives
