In this role, you’re expected to:

The Chief Operating Office (COO ) is at the center of a multi-billion-dollar transformation that will shape the future of the company over the coming years. The COO Transformation Program Management Quality Assurance (QA) function ensures that Transformation processes and procedures are followed and consistently applied. The results of the QA process help management to identify operational weaknesses, transformation risks, training needs, and process deficiencies.

The Transformation Program Management QA Officer will be responsible for the ongoing execution of assigned QA processes. This role will report to the Transformation Program Management QA Function Head .

Responsibilities:

  • Execute Transformation Program Management QA procedures for assigned processes.

  • Under the supervision of the Transformation Program Management QA Function Head, support the execution of the following:

  • Provide effective credible challenge during QARs to accountable parties of the in-scope processes, ensuring that weaknesses in these processes are identified and escalated as appropriate.

  • Execute/review QA test scripts for the applicable processes.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly QAR reports to senior management that communicate and measure results to identify trends and potential solutions.

  • Monitor for corrective actions through resolution that have been raised during QARs.

  • Assist in the creation of and provide feedback on QA documents/tools.

  • Support the continuous improvement of Transformation QA procedure, risk assessments and controls to drive effective QA coverage and standards.

  • Interact with management to ensure that QA protocols are adequate.

  • Support the Transformation Program Management QA Function Head on internal projects and initiatives.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Program / Project management, Internal Audit, Assurance.

  • Experience working with global teams in designing and executing a program management QA framework, including the initial assessment of concerns and monitoring strategy, execution of scripts and procedures, reporting observed findings, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change as a Quality Assurance professional, internal auditor, or regulator.

  • Strong grasp of program management processes to evaluate findings within a QA process and partnering with in-line makers and checkers for ongoing improvement, problem detection, and sustainable remediation.

  • Experience in preparing presentations for management.

  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • Ability to work across all levels of management independently and effectively.

  • Candidates with Risk & Control and/or Internal Audit background would also be a good fit.

  • Bachelor’s degree, potentially Master’s degree.
