To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)

• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 7am - 3pm, 3pm – 11pm or 11pm - 7am) or rotating shift (i.e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days/Afternoons).

Travel: Does not include travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.55 to $26.53 an hour with a $1.50 shift differential for afternoon or midnight shift. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
