The Opportunity

The Industry Lead for North America will join a collaborative global team within the Quantexa Product & Solutions division. This position and team is central to our growth. It enables mission critical parts of our business from Sales, R&D, Marketing, Customer Success and Delivery and we will support you to fully understand our product and third-party tools so you can be successful.

In this role, you will be a central point of subject matter expertise, supporting enablement & upskilling to our regional insurance teams across sales, pre-sales, marketing, customer office and alliances. You will also be expected to provide thought-leadership to our partners and our clients on how Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform solved problems across the value-chain. You will speak at key industry events and webinars, as well as provide ideas on product innovation which will help us grow the market and enhance our industry product strategy.

You’ll also play a role in working with the Global Industry Lead and regional leadership teams to define the go-to-market strategy and industry priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

· Keeping up to date with the latest trends in the market and sharing guidance on how they impact our solutions and product strategy.

· Leveraging your subject matter expert to ensure the cross-functional team across U.S. & Canada have the industry knowledge and content required to be successful, “thinking like an insurance company”

· Develop product value-chain messaging and content which can be leveraged in localized marketing efforts representing the “voice of the industry” across key events and speaking opportunities.

· Regular involvement in customer account planning and strategy sessions for key accounts within NA as well as support development and execution of the go-to-market strategy with Sales and Alliances.

· Challenging Product Management and R&D on product and platform roadmaps to bring new development and innovation ideas which are backed up by addressable market impacts.

· Work with the Alliances team to nurture strategic partnership relationships across independent consulting, technology and data companies to drive scale and differentiation .

· Best of all, you’ll be acting as one of the faces of insurance for North America at Quantexa – adding value to our clients and partners at every opportunity.

Requirements

What you will bring:

· Passion and energy for the market and the impact that data, technology and AI can have for good within the insurance industry.

· An ability to engage a room, to bring energy to our propositions and gain trust and respect of our clients and team quickly along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Recent proven experience working either for or with Tier 1 multi-line insurance companies across both retail personal lines and commercial lines.

· Strong understanding of the role that data and transformational technology plays within the value-chain and an ability to translate the importance of software to both technical & business stakeholders and executives.

· Experience with data &/or analytics software and deep knowledge of the insurance value-chain, particularly in areas such as underwriting/distribution, customer analytics, digital and technology & claims.

· A keen desire to learn and be part of an exciting and growing team, bringing creativity to contribute to development of the solution materials covering all aspects of our product.

We are open to candidates based across the US however our teams are based predominantly across the East Coast. Monthly travel within the region is likely to balance participation at key events and customer meetings.

Additional nice to have experience includes:

· Exposure & experience working with Insurtech companies and hyper-scale software companies

· Technical acumen to build custom demos, wireframes and solution designs &/or an understanding of big data or data science.

· Existing knowledge of Decision Intelligence, Entity Resolution, Knowledge Graph analytics solutions

· Advisory & consulting experience
