Position: Apartment Program Senior Residence Counselor

Divison:

Program: Apartment Program (CHOICES - Mental Health Housing Services)

General Overview: Oversight of the cases of a team of Apartment Program Residents including budgeting, health management, and restorative service planning. Maintain and submit documentation for Medicaid billing for service.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Position requires a clean, valid NYS Drivers License.

Hours: Full Time

Salary Range: $38,355 - $42,764 annually
