Our HR Technology and Data Team is looking for an HR Systems Analyst for Workday to join them. This role will join a team of analysts to support the implementation and post-implementation support of a cloud-based HCM (Human Capital Management) system. It acts as an HRIS partner that configures and supports designated components in the system such as Recruitment & Onboarding, Benefits & Wellness, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, payroll, etc. You will have a hybrid work schedule in Niagara Falls, NY.HR Systems Analyst The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation, managing, enhancing, and troubleshooting in multiple Workday modules. This subject matter expert will be a point of contact for the HR Technology team and responsible for researching and configuring technical solutions which includes system configuration, enhancements, and deployment efforts. This individual will play an essential role in the deployment and ongoing operations of Seneca Gaming Corporation’s HIRS implementation.
