Our client is looking for someone with the passion to take the next step in their career to help lead an engineering team in the Omaha office. The client has been established in both Lincoln & Omaha since the early 2000's.

Description:

• Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design of all Mechanical aspects of the facility/building

• systems HVAC, plumbing, etc. for buildings

• Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts.

• Prepare detailed engineering reports and narratives.

• Lead a team of designers & engineers on projects to completion

Top Skills Details:

Mechanical, mep engineering, hvac design, professional engineer revit, BIM, Trace 700, Trace 3d, trane trace, plant 3d

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the design of HVAC and Plumbing systems

• Experience In commercial mechanical Building/facilities experience

• software: Trane Trace, Plant 3d, Revit, BIM

• LEED Certified would be a plus, but not required

• Need to have a PE or close to acquiring one
