France FMS Class Desk Support

KBR is seeking a FMS Class Desk Support, France to join our team. This position supports the NAVAIR PMA-231 Advanced Hawkeye Command and Control platform office. The successful candidate will team with other professionals in providing full acquisition lifecycle project management support to the PMA-231 France FMS Program Office. This position offers hybrid telework.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform/Support International Traffic in Arms Release (ITAR) determinations.

  • Coordination with other NAVAIR/NAWCAD engineering disciplines for new and/or on-going France related issues.

  • Participation on PMA-231 program and engineering forums to stay abreast of emergent new USN capabilities, engineering change proposals, safety concerns, DMSMS/obsolescence.

  • Participate in contract activities such as SOW and CDRL development, proposal review, and contract execution.

  • Develop and review engineering specifications.

  • Coordinate with Northrop Grumman for on-going engineering sustainment efforts.

  • Participate in engineering activities related to new E-2D aircraft delivery to France.

  • Coordinate as needed with the E-2 fleet support team.

  • Participate in Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events.

  • This position requires a strong multi-disciplined systems engineering background.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience. 8-10 years of experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation budget development and administration of government projects.

  • Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • DoD Aircraft Platform experience is required.

  • Prior E-2 France experience is desired.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
