The Department of the Physical Plant at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic:

General Maintenance of the Hospital Facility. Responsibilities span over all crafts.

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • Completion of an approved / accredited technical training in the various trades (plumbing, electric, carpentry and air conditioning, etc.) (Preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years full time experience in general maintenance with a bona fide contractor or employer (Required)

  • Experience working in Healthcare Facilities (Desired)
