Post Doctoral Associate Med-Ophthalmology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24002161)

The University of Pittsburgh is searching for a Post Doctoral Associate in the Ophthalmology Department, Dr M DiLeo's laboratory.

The successful candidate is expected to take a leadership role in ongoing research projects including preclinical testing of a novel delivery system for retinal gene therapy. This individual will also be encouraged to develop personal research aligned with the broad goals of our laboratory and collaborators. As part of the postdoctoral experience, applicants will receive mentoring for developing research proposals, and participation in career development activities will be strongly encouraged.

PhD in bioengineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, or similar
