Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will be managing the daybook and calendars and provide information for all meetings. You will receive and screen all incoming calls. You Will submit travel authorizations and travel vouchers through Defense Travel Systems (DTS). You will develop itineraries, instructions, guides, supplementary material and pertinent correspondence. You will analyze information, incoming and outgoing correspondence and take corrective action to ensure the office functions efficiently and effectively. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience one of which was equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or NO-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administrative tasks for an organization including preparing agendas or correspondence, making arrangements for meetings or travel, compiling data and reports for executives and managing and maintaining executives' schedules or calendars. NOTE: In lieu of specialized experience, applicants may qualify based on equivalent combination of education and experience for grade levels and positions for which both education and experience are acceptable. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on equivalent combination of education and experience, as follows: 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. Relocation expenses may or may not be authorized. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
