TDS LLC Maintenance Mechanic in RED BLNG SPGS, Tennessee

Maintenance Mechanic job consists of being a timely and prompt individual, who has mechanic training or schooling to work onTDS, LLC trucks and equipment.

Employee work shift is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. if there is a problem, then shift time will be at the discretion of the Owner/Supervisor.

Employee will troubleshoot engine performance problems, make plans for repair, then make repairs according to the problems found.

Employee is responsible for turning in daily Maintenance Forms. Paperwork must be written legibly, dated, and the forms must be signed.

Employee is responsible for service, maintenance, repairs, and performing inspections onTDS, LLC trucks.

Employee is responsible for brake systems on all trucks.

Employee mustunderstand the electrical system, engine, and all of its working parts.

Employee is responsible for allservice, maintenance, and repairs to the truck drive lines.

Employee ensures services provided are in compliance with safety procedures.

Employee assists and serves as back up to other Maintenance employees as time permits. If an Employee is working on an assigned job and something comes up that is not in your job description and you are in a position to help or pick up the slack, you are expected to do so.

Employee is responsible for correcting all mechanical problems that arise.

Employee will inspect and service the lights and light systems on all trucks.

TDS, LLC must work together as a team; therefore, in the event of a breakdown, malfunction, or any unexpected assigned job being worked on, the Employee is required to assist and serve as back up to other Maintenance employees as time permits. (This applies to any job, including jobs that are not listed on your job description.)

Employee is responsible for cleanup and keeping the work area tidy

Any violation of your daily activities may result in an employee being reprimanded and/or terminated.
