Remote Call Center Representative

Pay Rate is $15.00 an hour

Training: 9:00AM-5:30PM EST for 10 Weeks

Join our Remote Call Center Representative Team!

Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:

Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility, Invoicing, Claims and related topics. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for fully explaining the Medicare Part D and/or Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and answering all questions related to the program levels.

Actively listen to understand customers’ needs and answer their questions including callback and follow up calls as needed. Politeness and a strong focus on servicing the caller are important requirements. CSRs should strive to answer the unasked question(s) so that the caller does not have to call again. CSRs must keep the commitments to the caller and take all necessary action to resolve the members issue and answer their questions.

The CSRs will be required to navigate the Members’ plan benefits, review Client's policy and procedures, as well as following resources provided by Client to comply with regulatory guidelines and will also be required to utilize multiple Client systems to thoroughly review and research the Member questions and communicate complete answers.

Effectively multi-task.

Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving skills.

Assist callers with questions, such as the following the following:

Can you please tell me if eyeglasses will be covered under this policy?

I lost my ID Card; can you help me get another one?

Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:

We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Ability to Type 25WPM and successfully complete customer service assessment.

High school diploma, GED or college degree

Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance

Successful completion of background check is required for this position

Equipment and workspace requirements:

You must have a home internet connection of 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through speedtest.googlefiber.net )

Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet

Must have a quiet workspace

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00/hour.
