Manager - Inclusion & Experience-Remote Indiana-US Remote

This role combines strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) advocacy with the execution of engaging employee experience programs, requiring collaboration with HR, business leaders, and employee resource groups (ERGs) to embed inclusive practices across the company. This leader will use analytical expertise and program delivery skills to ensure global initiatives are impactful and aligned with Allegion’s business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Champion inclusion and employee experience strategies, leading the development and implementation of strategies that foster an inclusive culture and positive employee experience

• Work closely with Global Learning, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and the HR Business Partner teams as a driver and thought partner to operationalize the DEI strategy, embed DEI principles and enhance the employee experience in workplace practices, processes, and policies

• Create an accountability culture by benchmarking, developing metrics and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to track, evaluate, and report on progress and the effectiveness of inclusion and experience initiatives in relation to overall company strategy

• Lead and support ongoing development of Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program, including infrastructure strengthening, strategic planning, budgeting, ERG leadership mentoring, executive sponsor management, and metrics tracking

• Implement a framework to disseminate information and resources on DEI and employee experience topics, increasing awareness and driving outcomes

• Oversee and refine Allegion’s feedback mechanisms to ensure equitable employee representation and identify opportunities to create a more inclusive employee experience

• Proactively distill inclusion and experience insights and employee feedback into clear, compelling narratives; partnering with Corporate Communications as needed to craft tailored communications that address the specific needs and perspectives of employees at all levels of the organization ensuring clarity, relevance and impact

• Lead and support global projects as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5-8 years of professional work experience in related Human Resources fields, with a proven track record in DEI and employee experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School Diploma required

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies in a compelling manner to diverse audiences

• Strong data analysis capabilities, translating information into actionable insights and narratives that support strategic business objectives

• A passion for championing the employee experience and cultivating inclusive workplace cultures, backed by thought leadership in these domains

• High emotional intelligence, positive, can-do mentality with a high level of self-awareness to navigate sensitive topics and foster an inclusive environment

• The capacity to thrive in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving global organization and operate independently and comfortably with ambiguity and complexity

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities

• Exceptional collaboration and virtual team building skills with proven ability to work across function, level and region

• Confident in interacting with all levels of the organization

• Extremely organized and flexible approach to working tasks

• Comfortable challenging the status quo and coloring outside the lines

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $88,500 to $164,300.. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
