Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Procurement Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the procurement team to assist in the successful delivery of the King Salman Park Program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with programme goals.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments/functions such as finance, legal, development, operations, and quality assurance to align procurement activities with programme objectives, address cross-functional challenges, and drive value creation.

• Procurement Process Optimization: Streamlining and optimizing procurement processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers/vendors.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field) and typically 12+ years of diversified experience in all phases of procurement activities on large global engineering and construction projects, including managerial experience.

• Leadership and Team Management: Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the procurement team, foster collaboration, and drive performance.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with programme goals.

• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, and senior management.

• Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
