Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Urban Planner to join our team! In this role you will get to prepare strategic plans for the housing sector and align with the national urban strategy and regional and local plans for the regions of the Kingdom.

What you'll be doing:

• Participate in the preparation of strategic plans for the housing sector and align with the national urban strategy and regional and local plans for the regions of the Kingdom.

• Participate in the inputs and outputs of the department according to specialization, and submit views to the section head.

• Participate in the development of procedures, processes and models for the housing project.

• Participate in the development of daily plans for aspects related to the responsibilities and tasks of the section.

• Participation in the knowledge transfer program according to specialization and what was assigned by the section head..

• Technical review of the initial design for housing projects submitted by the consultant, and submitting views to the section head.

• Participate in the preparation of strategic plans for the housing sector and align with the national urban strategy and regional and local plans for the regions of the Kingdom.

• Participate in technical, planning and regional research and studies related to the housing sector and participate in local and foreign forums if required.

What required skills you'll bring:

• Bachelors in engineering or Urban Planning or any relevant field.

• Minimum 13+ years of experience in a similar role.

• PMO experience is desirable.

• Arabic speaker is preferred.
