Mark IV Enterprises is looking for a strong and reliable Carpenter's Helper / Construction Laborer to help us with general duties at our residential apartment and commercial sites.

Responsibilities :

• Unload and carry construction materials at sites

• Clean out site from debris and discarded construction materials using a rake and/hand shovel

• Assist with new deck builds and other carpentry work

• Assist with concrete repair and other hardscape installation and repair

• Operate tamper to level area for hardscape and other processes

• Be punctual and reliable, reporting to work on time every day

Requirements: :

• Positive attitude and desire to be part of a team

• Familiarity with construction terminology and tools

• Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, shovel and rake

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, and bend for the majority of the workday

• Ability to willingly follow directions

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for the role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

• 8 hour shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
