Seeking experienced mechanic (5+ years) who possesses knowledge in repairing hydraulic equipment, Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or replacing mechanical components such as hydraulic motors, pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.Additional Duties:- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement opportunities- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed- Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and spare parts- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment- Interact with clients to understand their hydraulic system needs- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement- Some local travel to support service callsExperience:- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician or similar role- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints- Excellent problem-solving skills- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship- Welding experience a plus- Managerial skills a plusSkills:- Strong technical aptitude- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities- Effective communication skills- Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
