Tool Crib Planner SA

Description

• Maintain accurate tool crib inventory including to but not limited to weekly cycle counts, annual physical inventory, 6S to the highest standard, logging parts used, etc.

• Ordering of parts consumed or as requested, tracking parts ordered, receiving and logging parts ordered

• Collaboration with regional EAM and Technical teams on spare parts critically rating and global spare parts plan

• Administrate 3rd party maintain contracts (ex. Direct Air, HVAC, Plumbing, MSC, etc.)

• Process parts repair, in house or sending out

• Administrating, assigning, and auditing Work Orders for Technology Team, kitting parts, checking part time availability, etc.

• Achieving >/=97% on time Work Orders through proper planning and metric reporting daily

• Order and segregating parts for projects

• Responsible for TS 16949, ISO 14001, and IATF compliance and follow-up

• Perform 6S and TPM activities daily

• Enforcing and training usage of parts, crib space, and Work Order completion in system

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must obtain a valid Driver’s License

• Basic understanding of the functionality and components of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Basic understanding of facilities management including but not limited to plumbing, low voltage electrical, compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, etc.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and work a portion of each shift on a 3 shift operation

• Safety and Quality driven

• Strong organizational skills in documentation and physical layout

• Knowledge in MS Word (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Collaborate and problem solve with peers and team

• Work with changing priorities and respond accordingly

• Ability and/or experience with EAM (Work Order System)
