What will I be doing?

As an assistant of GCM Talent & Leadership Development team, this role will work closely with team members to offer support to talent & leadership development programs at Hilton. More details as below:

T alent & Leadership development programs support

• Collect information of program nominees and input them into Talent Data
• Translate and organize training materials
• Assist managers to carry out training courses
• Coordinate communication between managers and participants

Report & Data collection

• Collect and analyze participants’ evaluation reports
• Assist participants' reports editing
• Design feedback survey, collect and analyse the data

Administration Support

• Contract and payment voucher
• Express Delivery
• Purchase Order

Others

• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

What are we looking for?

1. Attention to detail and ability to work with large volume of quantitative data;

2. Fluency in English and Mandarin;

3. Analytical. Knowledgeable of statistics and good at computer excel skill;

4. Careful and reliable. Have good sense of communication.

5. Can work at least 3 days per week, preferable 6-12 months
