Job Summary: Handle spare parts inquiry and orders and related affairs for MAK diesel engine.

What You Will Do:

  • Receiving spare parts inquiry from customers and provide quotation

  • Handle compliance related jobs

  • Handle spare parts contract and orders.

  • Arrange spare parts shipments from Germany and Singapore to China or to customer

  • Cooperate with warehouse keeper to inspect imported spare parts

  • Process invoices for spare parts

  • Deal with the problem occurred during parts inquiry and order processing

  • Maintain good relationships with spare parts customers

  • Handle other jobs assigned by parts manager

What You Have:

  • This position requires a college or university degree.

  • Customer Focus: Have the knowledge and experiences of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized solutions. Focuses activities on developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Effective Communications: Understand of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques. Deliver helpful feedback that focuses on behaviors without offending the recipient.

  • Problem Solving: Utilize accepted procedures for problem analysis and resolution. Identify key aspects of problem-solving techniques used in own area.

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions. Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis. Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction. Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.

  • 3-5 years of working experience in international trade will be an priority.

  • Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Additional Information : Willing to work overtime (10-30 hours/month) when necessary will be an advantage.
