Nvidia Mechanical Engineer in Shenzhen, China

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer based in Shenzhen, responsible for NVIDIA Graphic cards, servers, datacenter products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning product structure scheme

  • Discuss with global function teams about technique.

  • Responsible for the design, realization, integration and qualification of a system and its components based on product specifications and functions.

  • Develop mechanical specifications for components and system designs. Ensure complete and accurate engineering design documentation and drawings.

  • Perform engineering analysis, data analysis on a variety of complex and simple issues.

  • Apply principles of materials, structural mechanics knowledge to overall product design to achieve performance.

  • Work with product development, manufacturing, quality assurance and manufactory team members to resolve engineering issues.

  • Responsible for input of resource and time estimates in the project planning process

What we need to see:

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), excellent communication skills to cross team.

  • Major in mechanical engineering. B.S. or above with 3+ years of experience. Excellent NCG may be considered.

  • Highly efficient with PTC Creo design skills

  • New product development of electro-mechanical devices with preference for communication products, or computer system design.

  • Product solution risk assess.

  • stamping, sheet metal, plastic and die-casting components experience

  • Use of good engineering practices follows procedures and Quality System requirements.

  • Manufacturing experience is plus.

  • Tolerance stack-up, issue analysis.
